6. Delivery and Collection
You are responsible for ensuring that your items are properly packaged, labeled, and ready for delivery. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, traffic, or customs inspection.
We are not responsible for:
Items that are damaged due to improper packaging.
Items lost or delayed beyond our control.
7. Insurance and Liability
While we take every precaution to ensure safe handling and delivery of your items, we are not liable for:
Loss, damage, or theft of items during transit unless you opt for additional insurance coverage at the time of booking.
Delays caused by events outside our control.

9. Prohibited Items
The following items are strictly prohibited from being sent through our Service:
Dangerous goods, explosives, and hazardous materials.

Perishable goods (unless specified by the service).
Items that are prohibited under local, national, or international laws.
10. Termination of Service

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mumbai Jurisdiction. Any disputes related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
